ISB interview forms the penultimate stage of ISB selection and is very critical. There are many support systems to help candidates in preparing for interviews.

There are well known coaching centres training candidates for interviews. Their procedure is—conducting a telephonic interview and a feedback and set of inputs to the candidate. The candidate is then asked to work on inputs and areas suggested for improvement.
There will be a second telephonic interview after which feedback is given to prepare for the final interview.
Have a couple of mock interview tips in mind. The point is—there is a lot of difference in reading something and speaking out in front of someone.
Mock interviews by ISB alumni can help a lot in preparing better responses to questions. Also any problems in effective communication and articulation can be improved. The face to face interviews in ISB admission are conversational in nature and the intent is to assess an aspirant as a person.
There is no reason to harbour any hard anxiety on the interview as it is very conversational and no grilling happens, But the candidates are advised to develop a strategy based on expert tips such as
· Reading the application as many times as possible. Most of the interview questions will be from what has been written in the essays. So, the candidate must be fully prepared about all points mentioned in the essays and application.
The replies must reflect knowledge, thinking and observation. The standard ISB interview questions focus on strengths, weaknesses, teamwork, ethical dilemma, and achievements.
